These terms of service apply to the fulfilment of prescriptions by The Skin Pharmacy of Unit 1, 86 Bradford Road, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, WF13 2EF. You confirm that all information that you provide to Uncouth Ltd is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You confirm that you have given your authorisation for us to process your information and it is your responsibility to notify us should you withdraw that authorisation. If you terminate your relationship with Uncouth Ltd, then these terms with also terminate and we will cease to dispense the treatments.

The Skin Pharmacy will dispatch your prescription providing the following conditions have been fulfilled:

  • We approve the treatment that has been recommended from Uncouth Ltd;
  • We have received payment from Uncouth Ltd on your behalf;
  • We are in receipt of a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber
  • You have undergone a medical consultation with Uncouth Ltd regarding the condition for which we are providing treatment

You acknowledge that you must not share your treatment with any other person.

Once we have received a prescription for your treatment, the Skin Pharmacy will email you a confirmation email with details regarding your prescription including a link to a patient information leaflet. You must review the Patient Information leaflet prior to using your treatment. If you not receive your treatment within 30 days of your confirmation email, you must notify us. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages that occur during the shipment of your treatment. The Skin Pharmacy will not accept returns of any treatments unless they have been dispensed in error and are not in accordance with your prescription.

You must notify your doctor and any other healthcare professional involved in treating you that you have been prescribed a new treatment and you must let them know what that treatment is.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and representation, express or implied, in relation to treatments supplied by us, including without limitation implied warranties and suitability for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays due to back orders or issues with postal and delivery services.

We may make changes to these Pharmacy Terms from time to time.

You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Pharmacy Terms to any third party. You understand that we may assign or license our rights and obligations under these Pharmacy Terms to any third party at our sole discretion.

No delay in enforcing any right arising under these Pharmacy Terms shall be construed as a waiver of such right.

These Pharmacy Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
